Brex is seeking a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to manage a growing customer base and ensure they unlock the full value of Brex’s solutions. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or finance environment. You excel at building relationships and have a knack for understanding customer needs and challenges. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with finance teams from CFOs to Accounting Managers. You are data-driven and can analyze customer usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with sales and product teams to enhance customer experiences. You are passionate about helping customers succeed and are committed to delivering exceptional service.
As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager at Brex, you will own a book of business that includes a diverse range of clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that these clients are getting the most out of Brex’s solutions. You will conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify any potential issues before they escalate. You will also work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition. Additionally, you will analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations that drive product adoption and usage. You will be the voice of the customer within Brex, providing feedback to product and engineering teams to help shape future developments. Your role will involve creating and delivering training sessions to help customers maximize their use of Brex’s platform. You will also collaborate with marketing to develop resources that support customer education and engagement.
