Overview

Flex is seeking a Senior Manager for their Strategy & Analytics team to enhance customer experience across the Consumer Protection Team. You'll work closely with various departments to identify insights and develop solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration abilities.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in strategy and analytics, ideally within a consumer-focused environment — you've successfully driven initiatives that enhance customer experience and satisfaction. Your analytical toolkit is robust, allowing you to derive insights from complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies. You possess strong collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Customer Success, and Data Science. You thrive in environments where problem-solving is key, and you have the tenacity to navigate uncertainty while prioritizing tasks effectively. Your passion for customer impact drives you to seek innovative solutions that improve service quality and user experience.

Desirable

Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus, as it gives you a deeper understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. Familiarity with data visualization tools and methodologies will enhance your ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. A background in customer journey mapping or user experience design can also be beneficial, as it aligns with our mission to empower renters with flexibility.

What you'll do

As a Senior Manager in Strategy & Operations, you will partner directly with the Director of the Consumer Protection Team to ensure that we deliver an excellent experience across all customer touchpoints. You will lead initiatives to identify and quantify customer experience insights and pain points, collaborating with various departments to develop effective solutions. Your role will involve building systems that optimize product and service quality, ensuring that we meet our users' needs effectively. You will also be responsible for analyzing customer feedback and data to inform strategic decisions, driving improvements in our offerings. Your insights will help shape the future direction of our services, making a significant impact on our mission to enhance the rent payment experience.
