What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the Amazon Logistics Team, responsible for the daily management of the delivery station. You will oversee operations that focus on delivering Amazon orders directly to customers. Your main activities will include reviewing operational forecasts and determining productivity requirements for sort operations. You will manage a team of Process Assistants and Delivery Service Providers, ensuring that all building goals are met. You will support safety programs to maintain a safe work environment and lead change initiatives at internet speed. Your responsibilities will also involve conducting regular meetings and training sessions to ensure that your team is well-prepared and motivated to meet their objectives.
