Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. You are skilled in performing light bodywork tasks such as prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

What you'll do

As an Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing various light bodywork tasks. This includes prepping vehicles for paint, sanding surfaces to ensure a smooth finish, and buffing vehicles to achieve a high-quality appearance. You will also be involved in removing and installing bumpers, conducting minor plastic welding, and performing small area bodywork, including Bondo repairs. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that vehicles meet the high standards expected by our customers.
