Overview

Flex is seeking a Senior Director of GTM Strategy & Operations to lead the go-to-market strategy and operational support for their rapidly growing FinTech business. This role requires a data-centric leader with a focus on practical implementation to drive revenue growth.

You have extensive experience in go-to-market strategy and operations, ideally within the FinTech sector, and have a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth. You are a data-driven leader who thrives on operationalizing revenue initiatives and empowering teams with actionable insights. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you excel at building high-performing teams that are focused on achieving ambitious goals. You understand the complexities of scaling operations in a fast-paced environment and are adept at navigating challenges that come with rapid growth. You are passionate about creating a flexible and empowering work environment that fosters innovation and accountability. You have a strong ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment and clarity in strategic initiatives.

Desirable

Experience in a growth-stage company or startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities that come with scaling a business. A background in financial services or technology will help you navigate the nuances of the industry and contribute to our mission of transforming the rent payment experience for users.

What you'll do

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of GTM Operations & Strategy and be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for Flex's core business. You will lead operational support for front-line teams, ensuring they have the tools and insights needed to drive performance and achieve revenue targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Your focus will be on operational excellence, leveraging data to inform decision-making and optimize processes. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. As a leader, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Flex and driving our mission forward.
