You'll engage with users to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services, requiring a background in solution selling and understanding of API-based integrations.
You have a background in solution selling with a focus on customer outcomes — you understand the importance of aligning services with user goals to drive success. Your experience in a high-growth technology company has equipped you with the skills to navigate the challenges of customer engagement and service delivery. You possess a solid understanding of API-based integrations and the technical implementation challenges that come with them. Familiarity with common e-commerce platforms and payment systems is part of your toolkit, enabling you to recommend the best solutions for clients. You have a track record of balancing free service attachment goals with revenue generation targets, demonstrating your ability to drive business growth while ensuring customer satisfaction. Proficiency in French or German is a plus, enhancing your ability to communicate with a diverse client base.
In this role, you will ensure that customers in the SMB and Commercial segments are equipped with the right Professional Services to thrive on Stripe. You will spend a significant portion of your time engaging with users to understand their needs and scoping appropriate services. A key part of your responsibilities will involve collaborating with Account Executives to ensure smooth transitions and align implementation offerings with user goals. While selling services is important, your primary success metric will be the growth of Stripe product revenue. You will evaluate user needs and recommend the most appropriate service offerings to ensure their success, driving service attachment rates for Startups while building revenue through paid services. Your role will require you to stay informed about the latest trends in the payment industry and continuously adapt your strategies to meet evolving customer demands.
