Litify is seeking a Senior Enterprise Program Manager to lead high-value customer implementation projects for their Enterprise Legal Management product suite. This role requires expertise in project management and coordination across various teams.
You have extensive experience in program management, particularly in leading complex projects that require coordination across multiple stakeholders. Your background includes working with enterprise-level clients, ensuring that their needs are met throughout the implementation process. You are adept at managing timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful project delivery. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively liaise between technical teams and clients. You understand the legal technology landscape and are passionate about improving legal operations for firms and departments.
Experience in legal technology or enterprise software is a plus, as is familiarity with implementation methodologies. You may have a background in consulting or have worked directly with legal firms, giving you insights into their unique challenges and needs. A strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements will set you apart in this role.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Litify's Enterprise Legal Management product suite for high-value customers. You will engage with clients from the pre-sales phase, helping to scope projects and approve Statements of Work (SOWs). Your role will involve managing implementation partners, ensuring that timelines are adhered to, and risks are identified and mitigated effectively. You will serve as the central point of coordination, ensuring that all teams are aligned and that the project progresses smoothly from initiation to go-live. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding clients through the implementation process, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.
You will also be involved in post-implementation activities, ensuring a seamless hand-off to the client’s operational teams. Your ability to analyze project performance and gather feedback will help improve future implementations and enhance the overall customer experience. You will work closely with product teams to relay customer insights and contribute to product development based on real-world usage and feedback.
