You partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including the Director of Product and Engineering Operations, to define project goals, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps. Your ability to identify gaps, raise risks, and prevent teams from moving forward with unclear inputs is a key strength.

You are skilled at driving cross-functional consensus on designs, trade-offs, and key decisions. You ensure that stakeholders are heard, decisions are understood, and teams are aligned before moving forward. Your expertise in building scalable frameworks for project tracking, reporting, and governance allows you to deliver consistent, data-driven updates to business leaders and executives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead enterprise-wide technology and engineering initiatives from concept to delivery.
