You have a proven track record in procurement and operations management, with experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership style emphasizes mentorship and development, fostering a high-performing team culture. You understand the complexities of global procurement, particularly in construction and facilities, and are adept at strategic sourcing and category management. In this role, you will lead a team of Regional Construction & Facilities Category Managers, setting the standard for category excellence and operational rigor. You will oversee the strategic sourcing process for Waymo's global real estate portfolio, which includes depots, charging infrastructure, and corporate offices. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing procurement strategies that drive cost savings and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with Global Places & Services to ensure that procurement activities align with operational needs and business goals. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in procurement practices.
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $190,000—$241,000 USD, along with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
