Engagement Manager – Business Consulting

Who you are

You have a strong background in business consulting, with at least 5 years of experience in managing client engagements and driving analytics initiatives. Your expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning allows you to understand complex data-driven problems and provide actionable insights. You are skilled in stakeholder management, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers. Your experience in the Lifesciences sector, particularly in Biopharma or Medtech, gives you a unique perspective on industry-specific challenges. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on pushing the boundaries of what is possible through innovative data solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities for improvement and are committed to delivering high-quality results.

Desirable

Experience with analytical tools and hands-on experience in data engineering will be advantageous. Familiarity with cloud technologies and open-source tools is a plus. Having an active B1/B2 (US Visa) will be beneficial for potential client engagements.

What you'll do
