AI Workflow & Innovation Specialist - Content Creation

The role
As an AI Innovation Specialist in the HelloFresh Studio, you will be part of our content creation team, working to enhance our food, product, and lifestyle imagery and video workflows. Your expertise in agentic AI systems, workflow automation, and integration technologies plays a key role in supporting our global production and postproduction processes. You have hands-on experience building and connecting AI agents and tools through APIs and MCPs, and are confident in handling structured data formats (e.g. JSON) and using CLI tools for integration, automation, and troubleshooting. You combine technical problem-solving skills with a practical mindset, ensuring that AI-driven tools complement creativity and make our teams more efficient.

What you’ll do

• Design, implement, and maintain AI-driven workflows to support photo, video, and design production
• Build and configure AI agents and connect tools using APIs, MCPs, and automation platforms
• Collaborate closely with production and postproduction teams to identify opportunities where AI can enhance efficiency and creativity
• Prototype and test new AI tools, ensuring scalability, usability, and compliance
• Enable end-to-end automation workflows, for example integrating Jira ticket data with AI generation platforms, handling assets in the DAM, and feeding outputs back into project management systems
• Share knowledge and train colleagues in the use of AI tools and best practices
• Stay up to date with developments in AI, automation, and content creation technologies
  
  

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of professional experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, or systems integration
• Proven skills in setting up and maintaining API/MCP connections, confident in handling structured data formats (e.g. JSON) and using CLI tools for integration, automation, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on and advanced user of n8n, confident in designing and managing complex automation pipelines. 
• Familiarity with photo, video, and postproduction workflows
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and creative teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in media production.
