What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring safety and efficiency. You will oversee daily operations, guiding your team to meet or exceed production and quality goals. You will assess your team's strengths and weaknesses, providing coaching and support to help them grow. You will be responsible for tracking inventory production goals and ensuring that all vehicles meet Carvana's rigorous standards. You will engage with your team regularly, providing feedback and recognizing achievements to foster a positive work environment. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and contribute to Carvana's mission of delivering high-quality vehicles to customers.
