What you'll do

In this role, you will design and implement comprehensive executive protection programs tailored to the needs of Anthropic's leadership. You will conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and develop strategies to mitigate these risks effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing the executive protection team and coordinating with external vendors to ensure the safety of key personnel during travel and events. You will create and maintain standard operating procedures for executive protection operations, ensuring that all team members are trained and prepared for various scenarios. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential, as you will work closely with other departments to align security measures with company operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with executives and their staff, ensuring that their security needs are met while allowing them to focus on their roles.
