What you'll do

In this role, you will execute both near and long-term strategies for how developers discover and engage with the Model Context Protocol (MCP). You will prioritize community building initiatives based on feedback and data, ensuring that the needs of developers are at the forefront of the protocol's evolution. Collaborating closely with product and engineering leadership, you will help shape the roadmap to ensure it aligns with developer needs. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a collaborative culture that embodies Anthropic's values while driving innovation in developer engagement. You will also work to understand the diverse needs of customers and partners within the open-source community, ensuring that their voices are heard and integrated into the development process.
