The Senior Talent Business Partner (Sr. TBP) is a highly strategic and mission-driven role critical to Roblox's global expansion. You will be responsible for building the teams that govern and protect the Roblox platform worldwide. This role is instrumental in scaling specialized, senior-level functions—including Legal, Regulatory Compliance, and Public Affairs—across our high-growth Middle East, APAC etc. regions. Your work directly enables our compliant international expansion and ensures the safety of our global community.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Gurugram, India office.
Shift Time: 2:00pm - 10:30pm IST (Cabs will be provided)

You Will:

Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for critical, senior-level roles within Legal, Law Enforcement, Public Policy, and Public Communications.
Lead all specialized hiring efforts across key international markets, primarily focusing on the Middle East, APAC etc.
Serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders, providing data-driven market intelligence and competitive insights to shape organizational hiring strategy.
Proactively build and nurture long-term talent pipelines of passive, high-caliber candidates using advanced search techniques and deep market mapping.
Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience that champions inclusivity and professionalism, especially when managing complex global compensation and equity discussions.
Act as a champion of compliance and integrity, ensuring recruitment practices align with global regulatory and safety standards.

You Have:

8+ years of specialized full-cycle recruiting or executive search experience in a corporate or high-volume agency setting.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Proven success sourcing and closing senior-level candidates for highly sensitive functions (Legal, Public Policy, Law Enforcement, or Government Affairs).
Demonstrated experience navigating and hiring in the target regions (APAC, Middle East etc.).
Exceptional cross-cultural collaboration, communication, and senior stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English is required.
Preferred: Prior experience hiring within the technology, platform, or gaming industries.

Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
