Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in business, marketing, consulting, or a related field. Your fluency in both English and Japanese allows you to effectively communicate with local stakeholders, ensuring that you can build strong relationships and understand their needs. You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the internet advertising industry, and are comfortable taking initiative in ambiguous situations. Your excellent problem-solving skills enable you to grasp the client's agenda and organize their needs into actionable solutions. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to pitch advertising solutions effectively over video conferences or in person.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating a pipeline of value prospects to secure new Google Ads clients. You will present marketing solutions and create relevant ad campaigns that maximize client returns. Your ability to develop business strategies will be crucial in optimizing market potential and fulfilling sales goals. You will work closely with C-level customers to understand their business needs and set appropriate data-backed expectations. Your role will involve collaborating with sellers to shape the future of advertising in the AI era, making a significant impact on millions of companies and billions of users.
