What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design evolution of OKX's Web3 products, shaping user experiences that are cohesive and clarity-first. You will define the design vision for key product areas such as Wallet, DEX, and Growth, ensuring that all design elements work together seamlessly. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered designs that lower barriers to entry for users exploring the world of Web3. Your leadership will guide the design team in developing innovative solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing the design team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. As the Head of Product Design, you will play a crucial role in positioning OKX as a leader in the Web3 space, driving the adoption of decentralized finance solutions.
