With over 5 years of experience in a managerial role, you understand the intricacies of building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional client experiences. You thrive in environments that encourage strategic risks and collaborative problem-solving, and you are dedicated to fostering a culture of empathy and connection within your team.
Your experience includes working closely with leadership teams and sales organizations to design and implement effective advisory services. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both internal teams and clients. You are comfortable navigating challenges and are adept at building relationships that drive success for both your team and your clients.
Experience in the Experience Management field is a plus, as is familiarity with various industries such as retail, government, and healthcare. As the EMEA Senior Manager for Advisory Services, you will lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional advisory services to Qualtrics clients. You will work closely with the Global Head of Advisory Services to build and refine the advisory services organization, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet the evolving needs of clients across various sectors. Your role will involve designing and implementing strategies that enhance client engagement and satisfaction, while also driving team performance.
You will collaborate with the Qualtrics Sales team to identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored solutions that address client challenges. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within your team, encouraging members to take strategic risks and explore new approaches to problem-solving.
In this role, you will also be responsible for mentoring and developing team members, helping them to grow their skills and advance their careers within the organization.
