You have 8 to 11 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in pre-sales for enterprise software. Your technical expertise includes a minimum of 3 years with modern scripting languages such as Python, Node.js, and SQL, as well as popular programming languages like C/C++, Java, and C#. You have a proven track record of designing scalable and highly available distributed systems, both in the cloud and on-premises. Your ability to work closely with customers to review complex architectures and provide actionable guidance is a key strength. You thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside sales executives to solve business problems and drive success.
Experience with MongoDB is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud technologies and distributed systems. You are comfortable engaging with a diverse range of clients, from startups to large enterprises, and you possess excellent communication skills that allow you to articulate technical concepts clearly. Your passion for technology and customer success drives you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
