LaunchDarkly is seeking a Manager of Customer Success for the APAC region to lead a team of Customer Success Managers. You'll focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving organizational growth. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
You are a people-first leader with a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in the APAC region. You thrive in high-growth environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership style emphasizes coaching and developing high-performing teams, ensuring they meet and exceed customer expectations. You understand the importance of aligning customer success strategies with regional needs and global frameworks, and you are adept at using data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and risks, and you have a knack for developing innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Your ability to analyze performance metrics and operationalize strategies will be key to your success in this role.
Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with customer success tools and methodologies. You may have a background in sales or account management, which complements your customer success expertise. A passion for technology and understanding of software development processes can also be beneficial in this role.
As the Manager of Customer Success for APAC at LaunchDarkly, you will lead a team of High Touch and Digital Customer Success Managers, serving as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, leading, and developing your team to ensure they deliver strong customer outcomes. You will partner closely with the go-to-market ecosystem to build and operationalize customer success programs tailored to the APAC region, ensuring alignment with global frameworks.
You will enable your team to proactively monitor customer health, focusing on onboarding progress, product adoption, and risk signals. By analyzing key performance metrics, you will help your team reduce churn and drive growth. Regular forecast and pipeline reviews will be part of your operational execution, ensuring that both short- and long-term goals are met.
Your role will also involve collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience and drive organizational growth. You will be responsible for shaping the customer success strategy in a growing market, making this a unique opportunity to impact the company's success in the APAC region.
