CI&T is seeking a Mid-Level Java Developer to lead a multidisciplinary team and deliver high-quality technical solutions. You'll work with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and various modern technologies in São Paulo, with a hybrid work model.
You have experience with Java 17+ and are comfortable leading a multidisciplinary team to solve daily challenges. Your technical expertise allows you to refine and deliver solutions in various scenarios, ensuring quality delivery for clients. You are proactive in problem-solving and possess a macro view of business needs, which helps you guide your team effectively. You enjoy sharing knowledge and enhancing your team's skills through training and dojos, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Experience with hexagonal architecture, CI/CD practices, Docker, Kubernetes, automated testing, Websphere, Angular, and VB6 will set you apart. Your familiarity with these technologies will enable you to contribute to a wide range of projects and enhance the team's capabilities.
In this role, you will technically lead a team at CI&T, guiding them through the development process and ensuring high-quality outputs. You will collaborate closely with your team to refine technical solutions and deliver them effectively to clients. Your role will involve addressing daily challenges and providing insights that align with the broader business objectives. You will also be responsible for conducting training sessions to elevate your team's technical skills and knowledge.
