Kalepa is seeking a Client Success Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth in the commercial insurance sector. You'll work closely with clients to ensure they derive maximum value from Kalepa's AI Underwriting Platform. This role requires strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the technology or insurance sectors. You understand the importance of customer relationships and are skilled at identifying and addressing client needs. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that drive customer satisfaction. You are data-driven and can analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and service enhancements. You are passionate about helping clients succeed and are committed to delivering exceptional service.
As a Client Success Manager at Kalepa, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the support and guidance they need to maximize the value of our AI Underwriting Platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions that drive their success. You will collaborate with internal teams, including product and engineering, to relay customer feedback and advocate for client needs. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction. You will also track customer metrics and success stories, using data to inform your strategies and demonstrate the value of our platform. Your role will involve onboarding new clients, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure a smooth implementation process.
