What you'll do

As the Autobody Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Inspection Center. You will manage the movement of vehicles into and out of the center, ensuring that all processes are conducted safely and efficiently. Your role will involve setting production and quality goals and working with your team to meet or exceed these targets. You will engage with your team regularly to assess their strengths and weaknesses, providing guidance and support to help them improve. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory production goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated to perform at their best.
