You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in enterprise-level customer relationships. You understand the importance of driving adoption, retention, and expansion through deep partnerships and measurable outcomes. Your ability to maintain functional and process knowledge of products and services is essential, as is your awareness of market trends and competitive threats. You will also be responsible for tracking customer success metrics and reporting on progress to stakeholders.
