You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in enterprise-level customer relationships. You understand the importance of driving adoption, retention, and expansion through deep partnerships and measurable outcomes. Your ability to maintain functional and process knowledge of products and services is essential, as is your awareness of market trends and competitive threats. You are committed to delivering quality results and have a strong work ethic that aligns with HackerRank's values. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry or with SaaS products is a plus. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and the ability to analyze customer needs will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and have excellent communication skills to articulate strategies and solutions effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage your Book of Business (BoB), guiding customers through every stage of their journey from adoption to expansion. You will develop and execute account strategies that connect customer needs with HackerRank's offerings, ensuring that each customer achieves tangible outcomes. Your responsibilities will include orchestrating internal and customer teams to solve challenges and drive measurable business impact. You will maintain a deep understanding of HackerRank's products and services, leveraging this knowledge to foster strong relationships with your accounts. You will also be responsible for tracking customer success metrics and reporting on progress to stakeholders.
