You will develop expertise in various hardware and software troubleshooting scenarios, leading the resolution of infrastructure issues and coordinating with solution teams on complex cases. Your role will also involve helping to drive continuous improvements in processes and systems, contributing to the overall efficiency of the data center operations. You will collaborate with engineers and specialists across AWS to ensure the highest standards of service are met, providing support for all AWS data centers.
