Axon is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting and finance transformation for its German subsidiaries. You'll work with US GAAP and HGB standards, focusing on ERP systems and local statutory reporting.

You have a robust background in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role. Your expertise in both US GAAP and HGB is complemented by a proven track record in managing complex transition and post-merger integration projects. You are adept at working with ERP systems and local statutory reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial processes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving real change within your organization.

You possess strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail, which allows you to oversee month-end close processes efficiently.
