As a Staff Workday Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of GitLab's People Technology ecosystem. You will be responsible for architecting and optimizing the Workday HCM platform, ensuring it meets the needs of over 2,500 team members across 40+ countries. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and provide ongoing support for the platform. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement, leveraging AI tools to enhance the user experience and streamline processes.

You will engage in regular communication with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technology solutions. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest trends in HR technology and Workday functionalities, ensuring that GitLab remains at the forefront of People Technology. You will also contribute to training and support initiatives, helping team members maximize their use of the Workday platform.
