VTEX is seeking an IT Operations Coordinator to lead the IT Operations team, focusing on device lifecycle management and technical support. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in managing technology assets.
You have a solid background in IT operations, with experience in managing device lifecycles and providing technical support. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to maintain accurate inventory control and plan hardware refresh cycles effectively. You understand the importance of aligning operational processes with global security standards and user-experience best practices. You are a proactive problem solver, capable of anticipating demand and generating forecasts for future purchases. Your experience supervising technical support teams ensures that you can drive continuous improvement in user experience and support automation.
Experience in access management and familiarity with IAM-defined workflows would be beneficial. You have a keen interest in collaborating with security teams on audits and access reviews, ensuring compliance and accuracy in access records. Your ability to coordinate remote support across multiple locations will enhance the consistency of service delivery.
In this role, you will oversee the device management process, ensuring accurate global inventory control of all end-user devices. You will plan hardware refresh cycles and manage the full asset lifecycle, from procurement to decommissioning. Your responsibilities will include managing device-related service requests, ensuring SLA compliance, and maintaining service quality. You will supervise first-level technical support in the São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro offices, coordinating remote support for additional locations to ensure a consistent global service delivery. You will execute access provisioning and deprovisioning processes, collaborating with the security team on audits and periodic access reviews to maintain compliance.
