In addition to design work, you will oversee the implementation of new tooling solutions, working closely with production teams to ensure a smooth transition from design to manufacturing. You will also be involved in troubleshooting any issues that arise during production, using your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions quickly.
You will have the opportunity to shape the tooling strategy for the Terran R program, identifying areas for improvement and innovation. Your insights will help drive the development of new tools that enhance production capabilities and support the company's growth objectives.
