As an Engineering Operations Technician at Amazon, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various electrical and mechanical systems within our data centers. You will work with stand-by diesel generators, three-phase electrical systems, and cooling equipment to ensure seamless operations. Your role will involve hands-on work with switch gear, UPSs, PDUs, and centrifugal chillers, among other systems. You will collaborate with a team of engineers to address any operational issues and implement solutions that enhance system performance. Your expertise will directly contribute to achieving our goal of 99.999% uptime, ensuring that our customers have continual access to the services they rely on.
