Google is seeking an Interaction Designer for YouTube Brand Deals to create intuitive user experiences. You'll work with design tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires interaction design experience and a strong portfolio.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 1 year of interaction design experience in product design or UX Design. Your portfolio showcases your design work, demonstrating your ability to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. You have experience leading design projects and are familiar with modern tools like LLMs and generative UI, which help accelerate the design-to-build process. You possess a proven ability to learn new technical domains quickly and adapt to changing product requirements. Your passion for the creator economy and understanding of business generation systems or two-sided marketplaces make you a valuable addition to the team.
In this role, you will take complex tasks and make them intuitive and easy-to-use for billions of users. You will create user flows, wireframes, and user interface mockups, bringing your vision to life in a way that feels inspired and refined. You will navigate the YouTube ecosystem to ensure brand deal features integrate seamlessly with Creator Studio and viewer-facing surfaces. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers, you will turn user insights into functional and beautiful interfaces. You will apply and contribute to the YouTube design system, ensuring a high bar for visual polish and accessibility. Your work will directly impact how users interact with YouTube's brand deal features, making their experience seamless and enjoyable.
