You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, with experience in engaging with executive stakeholders and leading complex negotiations. Your ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment sets you apart, and you possess a strong interest in technology that allows you to understand the nuances of the industry. You excel in building relationships and have a knack for working well with a wide range of people, both internally and externally. Your presentation skills are particularly strong, especially for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders, allowing you to effectively communicate value propositions and close deals.
While not mandatory, experience in financial technology or a similar field would be advantageous. Familiarity with sales strategies and account mapping will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. A deep understanding of the competitive landscape and the ability to align technical and business requirements with product teams will also be beneficial.
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Stripe, you will identify new opportunities to expand the company's footprint within high-growth technology companies. You will develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities, driving deal strategy and commercial negotiations for large, complex renewals. Building relationships with executive stakeholders within your book of business will be a key focus, as will account mapping and coordinating effective meetings with the appropriate external stakeholders to expand customer relationships. You will lead and contribute to team projects aimed at developing and refining the sales process, helping to shape the culture of sales at Stripe.
