SolarWinds is hiring a Customer Operations Specialist to manage the Renewals Team and assist customers with their renewal processes. This role requires strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

In this role, you will manage the Renewals Team, overseeing renewal sales and personal inboxes. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries and directing requests to the appropriate renewal sales representatives. Your understanding of the SolarWinds Renewal value, process, and timelines will be crucial as you explain these to customers and partners. You will work closely with external partners to resolve any issues related to renewals and will be tasked with overcoming customer challenges and objections regarding their renewal completion. Ensuring that all orders received are accurate and processed by the finance team will also be part of your responsibilities. You will play a key role in identifying customer issues and directing them to the correct department, whether that be sales, support, or customer service.
