What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating Finance's data governance and knowledge management capabilities. You will lead a dedicated team of engineers, ensuring that finance data is trusted, measurable, and consistently governed. Your focus will be on building the foundations that allow analytics, automation, and AI to scale safely and effectively within Finance.

You will partner closely with Finance Product, Engineering, IS&T, and domain experts to ensure that finance knowledge is structured and reusable, moving beyond traditional documentation to create a more agile and responsive knowledge management system. Your leadership will enable faster and more confident launches of AI, analytics, and automation initiatives, ensuring that finance users can trust AI outputs due to their explainability and correctness.

You will play a critical role in the Finance Transformation organization, contributing to the responsible adoption of AI and ensuring that the data governance scope aligns with organizational goals. Your success will be measured by the trust and confidence that finance users have in the data and knowledge systems you help to build.
