Coupang is seeking a Senior Growth Marketer to lead marketing initiatives and optimize advertising campaigns. You'll work with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads to enhance customer engagement in Taipei. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing strategies and data analysis.
You have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demonstrating a strong ability to analyze data and optimize marketing campaigns. Your expertise in display advertising management allows you to design and implement effective campaigns on DSP platforms, ensuring high return on ad spend (ROAS). You possess a deep understanding of user experience and customer cohorts, enabling you to tailor marketing strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. You thrive in ambiguous environments, showcasing adaptability and strategic thinking while leading cross-functional teams without direct authority. Your leadership skills are complemented by your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across various departments.
Experience with programmatic advertising and audience analysis is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like Criteo and Appier. A background in e-commerce or tech-driven companies will enhance your ability to contribute to Coupang's growth in Taiwan.
