Your experience includes overseeing inbound and outbound shipping processes, and you are adept at handling customer returns with a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction. You are proactive in identifying at-risk materials and escalating issues to the appropriate departments to mitigate risks before they impact operations.

Desirable

What you'll do

As the Senior Warehouse Supervisor at Ruggable, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations. This includes managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively. Regularly inspecting the warehouse for compliance with safety standards will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be tasked with conducting quality inspections of finished goods to ensure they meet the company's standards before they are shipped to customers.

In addition to managing daily operations, you will be responsible for reporting on inventory levels and operational efficiency to senior management. Your insights will help drive improvements in warehouse processes and contribute to the overall success of the company.
