What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for painting vehicles inside our advanced paint booths. Your primary task will involve matching and mixing paint colors to ensure that every vehicle meets our high standards of quality. You will utilize water-based paint, which is not only environmentally friendly but also provides a superior finish. You will work closely with your team to ensure that all vehicles are painted efficiently and to the highest quality standards. In addition to painting, you may be involved in preparing vehicles for painting, which includes sanding and priming surfaces as needed. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in the painting process.
