You'll leverage the Microsoft Cloud and AI platform to empower innovation and growth. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and experience in sales.
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on startups and digital natives. Your experience includes building trusted relationships with clients and understanding their unique needs in a fast-paced environment. You are customer-obsessed and thrive on helping others succeed, particularly in the context of innovative technologies like cloud computing and AI. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively coordinate with various teams within a large organization to deliver customer outcomes. You are inclusive and value diversity, understanding that different perspectives lead to better solutions.
Experience working with cloud technologies, particularly Azure, is a plus. Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and an understanding of the challenges faced by new businesses will help you excel in this role. A background in e-commerce, fintech, or gaming can provide valuable insights into the needs of your clients. You are entrepreneurial in spirit, able to navigate ambiguity, and are comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
In this role, you will lead and coordinate efforts across Microsoft to drive the success of startups utilizing the Microsoft Cloud. You will be the main point of contact for a strategic portfolio of high-potential startups, helping them achieve product-market fit and accelerate their growth. Your responsibilities will include orchestrating technical, business, and partner resources across Microsoft, ensuring that startups receive the support they need to thrive. You will execute deals that unlock visibility and competitive growth for both the startups and Microsoft, contributing to the overall success of the Digital Natives Startups Team.
You will engage with founders and leaders, providing guidance and support as they build their products and navigate the challenges of scaling their businesses. Your role will require you to stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape, allowing you to provide valuable insights to your clients. You will also collaborate with various teams within Microsoft, including Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal, to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet the needs of your clients.
