Overview

Rubrik is seeking a National Distribution Manager to drive revenue growth through national distribution channels. You'll manage relationships with distributors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize market reach. This role requires strong strategic and operational skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in managing distribution channels and driving revenue growth — your experience includes developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers and executing programs that generate consistent revenue from partners. You understand the importance of operational excellence and have successfully streamlined partner experiences in previous roles. You are adept at leveraging cross-functional teams to achieve sales performance goals and have a strong focus on maximizing market reach. Your ability to activate and enable partners is complemented by your strategic oversight of non-named partners, ensuring they are onboarded effectively and positioned for success.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry or with SaaS solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with sales enablement tools and strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working with diverse teams to achieve common goals. A background in sales or marketing can enhance your effectiveness in this role, allowing you to drive initiatives that resonate with partners and customers alike.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the distribution relationship, developing and managing strategic partnerships with national distributors to align on aggressive revenue growth strategies. You will design and execute programs specifically targeted at generating revenue from high-volume, low-average deal size partners, ensuring that your initiatives are scalable and impactful. You will drive operational excellence by optimizing the utilization of distribution services, streamlining processes to enhance the partner experience and accelerate sales velocity. Your responsibilities will also include spearheading sales and technical enablement initiatives, ensuring that partners are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. You will collaborate closely with Field Sales, Systems Engineering, Marketing, and Alliances to achieve and exceed sales performance goals, leveraging your strategic insights to inform decision-making and drive results.
