Amazon is seeking a Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager to design and execute impactful ABM programs for enterprise customers and partners. You'll leverage AWS and data analysis to drive measurable business outcomes in Toronto.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in account-based marketing, demonstrating a strong ability to design and execute targeted marketing initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. Your strategic thinking is complemented by hands-on execution skills, allowing you to effectively manage end-to-end ABM programs tailored to enterprise customers and partners. You possess excellent project management skills and analytical capabilities, enabling you to influence cross-functional stakeholders and optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights. You thrive in collaborative environments, building strong relationships with sales teams to align marketing efforts with strategic priorities. Your expertise in analyzing customer data and market trends informs your campaign strategies, ensuring they resonate with target audiences.

Desirable

Experience with multi-channel marketing programs and a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth through personalized customer experiences will set you apart. Familiarity with operational excellence practices and budget management will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and execute territory-specific ABM campaigns that align with global frameworks and drive measurable business impact. You will build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams to understand their strategic priorities and translate them into effective marketing programs. Analyzing customer data, buying signals, and market trends will be crucial in informing your campaign strategies and optimizations. You will create and implement multi-channel programs, including events, digital, and direct marketing, to deliver personalized customer experiences. Partnering with regional marketing teams, you will ensure that ABM programs complement broader field marketing efforts. You will drive operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, and best practices, while tracking and reporting on program performance to optimize and scale successful approaches. Managing program budgets will also be a key responsibility.
