What you'll do

In this strategic role, you will lead the customer development efforts for Amoeba AI, ensuring that the company meets the evolving needs of its clients. You will work closely with the founding team to refine the operational rigor necessary for scaling the business. Your responsibilities will include shaping the customer experience, developing strategies for customer success, and operationalizing the insights generated by Amoeba’s neuro-symbolic AI engine. You will also oversee the transformation of these insights into a repeatable business model, ensuring that the technology not only meets but exceeds customer expectations.

You will collaborate with various teams to validate market needs and drive the development of solutions that resonate with customers. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing a high-trust enterprise solution that clients can rely on for their business intelligence needs.
