AuditBoard is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to enhance their security compliance program and facilitate day-to-day compliance operations. This role requires a foundational understanding of GRC concepts and involves collaboration across multiple departments.
You have a strong background in compliance and security, with experience in enhancing compliance programs and facilitating operations. Your foundational understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts allows you to navigate the complexities of compliance across various departments. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong partnerships within the organization. You understand the importance of compliance in protecting sensitive data and ensuring operational integrity.
Experience with compliance standards and frameworks is a plus, as is familiarity with audit processes and risk management. You are proactive in identifying compliance gaps and recommending improvements. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will be essential in this role, as you will engage with various stakeholders to ensure compliance is integrated into daily operations.
In this role, you will enhance the strategic pillars of AuditBoard's security compliance program. You will facilitate day-to-day compliance operations, ensuring that all processes align with established compliance standards. Your responsibilities will include managing compliance awareness and training initiatives, overseeing policy management, and conducting control testing and monitoring. You will also facilitate continuity testing and manage compliance standards across the organization. Your role will require you to interact with multiple departments, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance is maintained throughout the business.
