International Controllership Intern

As an Intern in the International Controllership team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations across multiple countries. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the accounting closing process, with a focus on cash and cash equivalents, financial results, and capital stock analysis;
• Maintaining the chart of accounts and supporting other general operational activities;
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and documentation during the monthly closing cycle;
• Contributing to SOX compliance activities by following established internal procedures and conducting ad hoc analyses;
• Collaborating with the team to improve and standardize processes that impact financial statements.

The International Controllership team of VTEX is responsible for preparing IFRS accounting and managing local GAAP accounting of all the VTEX entities outside Brazil; local audits in some countries; and improving processes that may impact the VTEX financial statements.
