Who you are

You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 8 years of experience in software development. With 5 years of experience in testing and launching software products, you have a solid foundation in software design and architecture. Your expertise includes 5 years of experience with one or more of the following: Speech/audio technology, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or specialization in another ML field. You are well-versed in ML design and infrastructure, including model deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging, and fine-tuning. A Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred, along with 5 years of experience in developing machine learning models such as recommender systems, pricing optimization, user modeling, or computational advertising. You have experience architecting and deploying ML systems that function efficiently at a massive scale and have a knack for mentoring and leading engineers on technical projects. Your excellent communication skills allow you to convey the team's technical goals effectively to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
