CLEAR is seeking a Director of Commercial Partnerships & Channel Sales to lead and expand their partner ecosystem. You'll shape the go-to-market strategy and drive revenue through channel-led motions. This role requires deep expertise in B2B channel sales and partnership models.
You have extensive experience in B2B channel sales and partnership models, with a proven track record of driving revenue through strategic partnerships. You thrive in fast-paced environments and can seamlessly shift between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. Your entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills enable you to effectively manage partner relationships and achieve revenue targets.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to evaluate and structure new partnership opportunities that drive distribution and adoption. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders ensures that you can align partner goals with CLEAR's mission of creating frictionless experiences.
You are results-oriented and have a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines. Your experience in managing day-to-day partner relationships ensures that you can maintain strong connections and foster collaboration.
Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior staff is a plus, as is familiarity with the technology landscape relevant to CLEAR's identity platform. A background in working with ISVs, VARs, marketplaces, and system integrators will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
In this role, you will execute against CLEAR1’s channel sales strategy, focusing on growing revenue through partners and indirect sales motions. You will evaluate and structure new partnership opportunities that drive distribution, adoption, and new revenue streams. Your responsibilities will include owning revenue targets for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines, ensuring that you meet or exceed these goals.
You will manage day-to-day partner relationships, ensuring that partners are engaged and aligned with CLEAR's objectives. Your strategic mindset will help you shape the partner go-to-market strategy, driving significant revenue through channel-led motions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that partner initiatives are supported and integrated into the broader business strategy.
Your role will also involve analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth within the partner ecosystem. You will leverage your expertise to provide insights that inform decision-making and drive the success of CLEAR's partnerships.
