Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, capable of independently managing a book of assigned accounts while taking ownership of customer relationships and satisfaction. You develop and implement account management plans that focus on customer retention and revenue growth. You proactively identify customer needs and opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. Your strong problem-solving skills enable you to resolve complex customer issues and conflicts effectively. You are skilled at identifying opportunities to expand customer relationships and upsell or cross-sell Udemy Business solutions. You communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
