HubSpot is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to drive the success of upmarket partner acquisitions. You'll leverage your technical expertise to coach partners through complex solutions and implementations. This role requires 5+ years of experience in a SaaS or CRM environment.
You have a strong technical background as a Solutions Architect or Implementation leader, with over 5 years of experience in a SaaS or CRM environment. You possess the ability to coach and guide partners through complex solutions and implementations, ensuring technical excellence throughout the partner lifecycle. Your experience includes showcasing capabilities through tailored demos and technical validation, which helps in driving partner success.
You are adept at leading the technical activation of new partners, delivering onboarding sessions, and providing ongoing technical enablement. You understand the importance of aligning partner solutions with best practices and are skilled at reviewing and validating these solutions for early deals. Your role as a technical liaison between partners and internal teams is crucial, as you channel feedback to Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
You thrive in collaborative environments and work closely with regional leadership to ensure consistency in partner strategy across acquisition, onboarding, and enablement. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively convey technical concepts to partners and internal stakeholders alike.
Experience with additional CRM platforms or SaaS solutions will be a plus, as well as familiarity with technical onboarding processes and partner enablement strategies. A background in technical sales or customer success can also enhance your candidacy for this role.
In this role, you will join the upmarket partner acquisition process, showcasing HubSpot’s capabilities by providing tailored demos and technical validation. You will lead the technical activation of new partners, delivering comprehensive onboarding and coaching them on HubSpot positioning and advanced use cases. Your ongoing technical enablement efforts will include solution reviews and integration guidance for both new and established partners.
You will be responsible for reviewing and validating partner solutions for early deals, ensuring they align with HubSpot best practices. By codelivering new partners' first implementations, you will provide hands-on guidance that builds partner confidence in using HubSpot’s solutions. As the technical liaison, you will facilitate communication between partners and HubSpot, ensuring that feedback is effectively channeled to the Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
Collaboration with regional leadership will be key to maintaining consistency in partner strategy across acquisition, onboarding, and enablement.
