We are on an exciting journey to unlock productivity with our GoLinks Suite. As part of this product growth, we’re looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our remote sales team.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with Account Executives (AEs) to source and close SMB, mid-market, and enterprise SaaS opportunities. You’ll own the early stages of the sales process — identifying top prospects, creating pipeline, and selling the value of GoLinks by addressing customer needs and demonstrating our unique benefits.
Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify and pursue cold and warm opportunities, developing a strong demo pipeline using a variety of outbound methods
Prospect effectively through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling — consistently booking high-quality meetings with target accounts
Identify and research top prospects, providing actionable insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams
Deliver an exceptional experience for prospects throughout the sales process
Track, analyze, and refine outbound campaigns and messaging to improve performance
Represent GoLinks at virtual and in-person events or conferences to network and establish new leads
Experienced in outbound prospecting. You have demonstrated success generating meetings through LinkedIn outreach, personalized emails, and cold calls, and can manage high outbound activity while maintaining quality.
Strong communicator. You’re confident and clear in written, verbal, and virtual communication — able to connect with prospects across multiple channels.
Quick learner and adaptable. You’re curious about technology and sales, eager to learn new tools and approaches, and able to pivot quickly as priorities shift.
Resilient and results-oriented. You stay motivated through challenges, thrive on hitting your goals, and know how to keep your energy high in a remote environment.

Bachelor’s degree preferred
The annual base salary range for this role is $45,000 USD, with uncapped commission and on-target earnings of $65,000 USD.
As a remote-first company, we take a geographically neutral approach to compensation and set our US range based on job function and level, regardless of location.
GoLinks’ total compensation package for full-time employees includes equity, and extensive benefits and perks.
