- Deliver root cause analyses and corrective actions for recurring issues, ensuring rapid recovery and prevention.
- Establish and track KPIs to monitor effectiveness of BMS and solar infrastructure, implementing corrective actions where performance lags.
- Apply best practices and emerging technologies directly to field execution to continually improve reliability and efficiency.
- Provide clear and concise progress updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting risks, dependencies, and mitigations.
- Participate in the design and implementation of asset improvement strategies, ensuring solutions are practical, executable, and deliver sustained results.
- Travel up to 60% for on-site project delivery, commissioning, and issue resolution.- 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software)
- Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy, Sustainability, or a related technical discipline.
- Hands-on expertise with Building Management Systems (BMS), solar infrastructure, and energy management programs.
- Strong knowledge of IPMVP-style Measurement & Verification methodologies, calculations, and reporting.
- Experience conducting energy audits and implementing energy conservation measures/retrofits.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.- Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Sustainability, or Business Administration (MBA).
- 5+ years of relevant technical program management experience in BMS, renewable energy, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Experience in root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and implementing corrective action plans.
- Familiarity with international building codes, energy regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proven success in driving continuous improvement programs, technology adoption, and integration of new sustainability practices into existing infrastructure.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams across geographies.
