You have over 10 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on digital engagement and omnichannel strategies. You understand the nuances of customer experience and have a proven track record of delivering successful products that meet market needs. You are adept at translating complex customer requirements into actionable features, epics, and user stories, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders. Experience in cloud contact center software or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with metrics definition and product usage tracking will enhance your ability to drive product success. In this role, you will lead the Digital Engagement product management team, responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for Five9's cloud contact center platform. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to understand customer needs, developing product features that enhance user experience, and ensuring successful product launches. You will also define key performance metrics to track product success and drive continuous improvement.
You will mentor and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Regularly engaging with customers and stakeholders, you will gather feedback to refine product offerings and ensure they align with market demands.
